Reduce your downtime with the remote diagnostics maintenance module by sharing your machine screen with an ALZMETALL Service engineer at US service department or even the German Headquarter Service. The remote dagnostic maintenance module communicates via a secure VPN-Connection and enables targeted diagnosis of your machine.
