Introducing the New GE 900/5-GT: Live at AMB Stuttgart

Efficiency redefined GE 900/5-GT

With the GE 900, ALZMETALL is setting new standards in 5-axis machining. We have consistently advanced the concept of efficiency from our customers‘ perspective. The result is a machine that combines proven high-end technology with uncompromising cost-effectiveness.

The GE also features the well-known and globally proven ALZMETALL-specific gantry concept.

Efficiency is the focus of the new series.

Pre-produced batch sizes in our manufacturing, a reduced variety of types, and highly efficient order processing workflows enable optimized cost-effectiveness and a clear product structure.

For you, this means:

  • You receive a universally applicable and highly flexible machining center at a highly attractive price.
  • Highly specialized equipment options and specific application requirements do not burden your investment.
  • At the same time, the ALZMETALL name ensures the reliability you are accustomed to: Outstanding technical performance, durability, and high spare parts availability guarantee you future-proof production.

With the maximum possible workpiece diameter of approx. 900 mm, this 5-axis machining center covers a wide and universal range of components.

The new drive concept for the swiveling and rotary axes combines dynamics, precision, and robustness. The swiveling axis (A-axis) is equipped with a powerful and high-precision servo gear drive system. It enables high torque density and a dynamic, robust control behavior – even with highly varying mass inertias and peak torques. A torque drive is used as a direct drive in the rotary axis (C-axis). It convinces with its proven advantages: high dynamics, high rigidity, and virtually wear-free operation. The result: A powerful combination that handles your manufacturing tasks economically, universally, and efficiently.
